  • We install luxury vinyl plank, luxury vinyl tile, various hardwoods and engineered hardwoods, laminate, tile, marble, and carpet. Whether the flooring installation is part of an insurance restoration or a standalone upgrade, we work with you to select materials that complement your environment and add value to your property.

  • It depends on the material and extent of damage. Hardwood with minor moisture exposure may be salvageable through controlled drying. Carpet can sometimes be cleaned and reinstalled if padding is replaced and the subfloor is dried. Laminate and engineered hardwood with significant water damage typically need full replacement. Tile and stone are generally water-resistant, though the subfloor beneath may need repair.

  • Yes. Insurance covers restoring flooring to its pre-damage condition. If you choose to upgrade to a different or higher-quality material, you pay only the difference between the insurance allowance and the cost of the upgrade. Since the subfloor is already exposed and the team is on site, this is one of the most cost-effective times to make flooring improvements.

  • While the majority of our work is within the insurance restoration industry, we do offer remodeling and new build construction services. Once damage has occurred, customers often realize it is the perfect time to transform their home or business, and we provide complete remodeling services to give an entirely new look to the property.

  • Yes. Restoration projects naturally create remodeling opportunities because walls are already open, framing is exposed, and the construction team is on site. Kitchen upgrades, bathroom renovations, layout changes, electrical upgrades, and flooring improvements can all be incorporated at a fraction of standalone project cost. Insurance covers like-kind restoration, and you pay only the difference for upgrades.
